With 2024 just a few days old, Bradleys Estate agents have kick started the year by offering sellers an opportunity to find a buyer for their home in just 30 days!

Having seen the property market experience a fair amount of turbulence in 2023, the largest independent estate agency in the South West have come out fighting already this year ready to take on the challenges in 2024.

The 30-day challenge is targeting sellers who are looking for a successful property sale to simply contact Bradleys to discuss their move with their range of property experts across Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.

In this period the interest reaches its maximum and therefore, the price achieved will also be at its highest. The average time to find a buyer in 2023 increased dramatically from 2022, almost doubling from around 25 days to 58 days due to the economic downturn, increased interest rates and mortgage lenders reducing the number of products they were offering. The last quarter of 2023 saw a steadier marketplace with interest rates actually dropping and mortgage lenders competing for business from borrowers which provides a positive outlook for 2024.
