At Bradleys Estate Agents, we’re proud to once again be sponsoring Exmouth Festival, one of the town’s biggest and most popular community events.

Returning from 9th–12th July 2026, Exmouth Festival promises another fantastic four days packed with live music, family entertainment, theatre, arts, food and community activities across the town.

As a business deeply rooted in the local community, supporting events like Exmouth Festival is incredibly important to us. The festival brings together residents, visitors, local organisations and businesses in a celebration of everything that makes Exmouth such a vibrant and welcoming place to live and visit.

This year’s festival programme includes:
• Live music performances from local and national artists
• Family-friendly entertainment and workshops
• Theatre, dance and spoken word events
• Arts, crafts and community stalls
• Food vendors and wellbeing activities
• The return of the ever-popular Silent Disco

Festival activities will once again take place across Manor Gardens, The Strand and other key locations throughout Exmouth, creating a lively atmosphere across the town for the whole weekend.
