On Sunday 26th September, over 250 runners took to Exmouth’s seafront to take part in the Bradleys 10km race in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Charity. The sunny seafront was filled with smiling faces - supporters and runners!
The starting line set the runners off from opposite Ocean Leisure Centre with two laps of the seafront, all the way to Orcombe point and back to the Grove finishing with a roaring cheer from the crowds, back to where they all started. The top 3 runners finished with impeccable times, in 1st place was David Tomlin with a time of 36:50, 2nd place was Rosie Hattersley finishing at a time of 36:58 and 3rd place was Chris Turner right behind Rosie also finishing at 36:58. A huge well done to the runners finishing in the top 3 positions and to everyone that crossed over the finish line!
Congratulations to the 5 runners who represented Bradleys in the race, all completing the run in great times and even one with a PB! Not forgetting to mention that Chris Baxter, Bradleys Managing Director, raised a total of £300 for The Motor Neurone Disease Charity.
Bradleys Estate Agents would also like to thank all of our volunteers that took the time out of their Sunday mornings to help marshal the event, you were greatly appreciated as were all supporters in attendance, hopefully next years’ event will be equally as sunny!
