Bradleys Use An Award Winning Phone System

South West Communications Group (swcomms) won the Best SME Vertical Market Solution at the recent glittering Comms National Awards held at London's Hilton Hotel on Park Lane.

The Exeter-based VoIP telephony experts’ entries were based on the design and installation of a multi-site, unified communications (UC) solution for Bradleys Estate Agents.

swcomms delivered a cost-neutral, multi-site, data centre-hosted ShoreTel UC solution to the estate agency’s 33 branches in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset to create a resilient, borderless system that integrates every element of the business and enhances their award-winning, excellent customer service.

In addition to the ShoreTel UC kit hosted in swcomms’ data centre, the Bradleys project also includes the use of SIP trunks for low-cost calls, computer telephony integration (CTI) with the estate agency’s Reap-It system, plus call recording and reporting software. swcomms also deployed a new wide area network and replacements local area networks in all of the branches that can be monitored by Bradleys’ IT team with network management tools.
