Budleigh Salterton’s Literary Festival

Budleigh Salterton hosts South West England’s most outstanding literary festival and our Bradleys Budleigh offices are a key sponsor for the event. The festival was held from Wednesday 14th September this year and was an upmost success with approximately 7,500 tickets sold for 60 events over 5 days!

The festival was founded in 2008 by the late Susan Ward. Susan’s aim was to attract critically acclaimed authors, poets and playwrights to come to Budleigh and share their work. The Festival continues to flourish and expand year on year whilst retaining its warm and intimate atmosphere.
