Budleigh Team Proud to Support Two Major Local Events

Bradleys Estate Agents is proud to be supporting two much-loved events in the Budleigh Salterton community this September, with the local office sponsoring both the Budleigh Salterton Literary Festival and the Budleigh Lions Woodbury Common 10K Trail Run.

Supporting the Budleigh Salterton Literary Festival

Taking place from 23rd to 27th September 2026, the Budleigh Salterton Literary Festival will welcome an impressive programme of authors, speakers, workshops and events to the town.

The festival has become an important part of the East Devon calendar, celebrating books and authors while providing opportunities for the local community to enjoy a varied programme on their doorstep.

Bradleys is delighted to support the festival and help contribute to an event which attracts visitors and celebrates the cultural life of the town.

Getting behind the Lions 10K Trail Run

On Sunday 20th September, runners will head to Woodbury Common for the Budleigh Salterton Lions 10K Trail Run.

The single-loop course takes participants through woodland and countryside trails, offering a rewarding challenge in one of East Devon's most beautiful outdoor settings. Bradleys Estate Agents is proud to be one of the event sponsors, supporting the Lions and their continued work within the local community.
