Building homes and helping to save lives – A unique collaboration

- Mon 09 Oct 2017

A unique partnership between Morrish House builders and ourselves with the well-known charity Cornwall Air Ambulance came to fruition on the 26th September with a cheque donation for £1800 to Cornwall Air Ambulance on the completion of the first phase of homes at Nansledan. The development is located to the south of Newquay and forms part of the distinctive Duchy urban growth area.

The Cornwall Air Ambulance is the adopted charity for both Bradleys and Morrish Home Builders who are one of the consortium builders at Nansledan in a unique three year deal which sees a sum of money donated on the sale of each house at the development. In addition to this our staff here at Bradleys have carried out a number of Fundraising events at their sales centre with Morrish Homes at Nansledan and will continue to do so. Events have included a Pasty competition during the summer and a Strawberries and cream show home event.

Chris Baxter comments “we feel it is important that such a worthy cause as Cornwall Air Ambulance that helps saves 700 lives in the last year is supported by us and our clients Morrish Builders as part of the house building activity in Newquay where the home designs have been inspired by HRH the prince”.

We will continue to raise funds in a meaningful way and the overall fund raising campaign has the backing of our Cornwall and Plymouth Estate Agency offices.

We are proud that we are combining the activing of building homes and helping to save lives.
