This specialised career development program is designed to help every team member reach their professional goals through a structured eight-step journey. By combining rigorous assessments and coursework with vital hands-on experience, the Academy ensures our team can apply their skills with confidence and fulfil our company motto of "People Serving People."

We are incredibly proud to announce that Hannah Walker (Exmouth), Jay Woodbridge (Exeter St. Thomas), and Reece Frost (Camborne) have all successfully passed their Trainee Negotiator stage. Their respective managers - Lisa Findel-Hawkins, Maria Hutchings, and Nick Jewell - have seen firsthand the dedication and professionalism these three have brought to their offices since beginning their Academy journey.
