Charlie completes the Trainee Negotiator stage of the Bradleys Academy!

Following on from recent Bradleys Academy success, Charlie George from the Bradleys Newquay branch has recently passed the Trainee Negotiator stage of the Academy.

At Bradleys, we believe it is essential to continually develop our skills to ensure we are the best we can be, while also supporting each team member in progressing towards their career goals.

To achieve this, we have created our own in-house training programme consisting of eight stages, made up of assessments, coursework and hands-on experience. This may include visits to other offices to learn from Bradleys specialists and gain further knowledge and expertise. Each team member must successfully complete every stage of the programme before progressing to the next.
