Charlotte completes the Negotiator stage of the Bradleys Academy

At Bradleys Estate Agents, we are committed to the ongoing development of the next generation of award-winning Estate Agents by focusing on the development of existing and new staff members.

In order to do this, we have created our own in-house training program consisting of 8 stages made of assessments, coursework, and experience. With that being said, we have created our own in-house training programme consisting of 8 stages made up of assessments, coursework, and on the job experience. This may include trips to other offices to learn and obtain the knowledge and expertise of internal specialists.

Our most recent Negotiator to pass the Negotiator stage of the Bradleys Academy is Charlotte Cotton from our Liskeard branch.
