Community Spirit Shines at the Bradleys 10k & 5k on Exmouth Seafront

On Sunday 7th June 2026, Exmouth Seafront came alive with energy and encouragement as runners of all abilities laced up for the Bradleys 10k & 5k race. With supporters lining the seafront to cheer participants on every step of the way, the event was a fantastic celebration of fitness, determination and community spirit.

Bradleys Team on the Start Line

It wasn’t just local clubs and seasoned runners taking part — members of the Bradleys team proudly joined in too, showing great determination and team spirit throughout the morning.

In the 5k, the trio of Elesha Charles, Bailey George and Libby Childs from our Exmouth offices ran side by side to cross the finish line together in an impressive 28 minutes. Close behind were mother and daughter duo Lisa Findel-Hawkins and Tess Findel-Hawkins, who completed the course in 29 minutes.

In the 10k, Robin Burne from our Budleigh Salterton office led the Bradleys team home with a fantastic time of 46:41, followed by Managing Director Kevin James in 54 minutes, Robin Middleton in 55:05, and Regional Inventory Clerk, Paige Larkin, who completed the course in 1:08.

The event was not only about fast times but also about bringing people together. With the sun shining and supporters cheering throughout the route, the atmosphere on Exmouth Seafront was buzzing from start to finish.

Managing Director Kevin James said:

“It was fantastic to see so many people come together for such a positive and enjoyable event. The atmosphere along the seafront was incredible, and it was great to see runners of all ages and abilities supporting one another. We’re proud to have been part of a day that celebrated both community spirit and personal achievement.”
