Emily successfully completes the Negotiator stage of the Bradleys Academy!

At Bradleys Estate Agents, we are dedicated to the development and advancing the talents of our staff. We understand that the growth of our team members is integral to our success, and in line with this commitment, we have established the Bradleys Academy.

This Academy is designed as a development program, made up of 8 distinct stages, including assessments, coursework, and experience. The objective is to enhance everyone’s skills and knowledge, empowering them to excel in their roles. The aim is for all Bradleys team members to fulfil the company motto of ‘People Serving People’ to ensure that Bradleys retain their customers for life.

We are thrilled to announce the latest success from our Helston branch: Emily Legge has successfully passed the Negotiator stage in her journey within the Bradleys Academy. Martin Clements, Helston Branch Manager commented “It has been great to see Emily progress through the Bradleys Academy and proactively enhance her career skills to be the best Estate Agent she can be.

Emily commented “I am really happy to have completed the next stage of the Academy. I am looking forward to applying this every day in the office and out on appointments, assisting a smoother move and experience for all our customers old and new.”
