Estate Agency awards shine a spotlight on Bradleys

Each year a panel of property experts gather to assess the best in the business and award those that are standing out against their competitors, going above and beyond and ultimately getting the results for their customers.

On Friday 30th November hundreds of Estate Agents and experts related to the industry gathered at the Grosvenor Hotel in London to find out who was going to be recognised as the best in their region or indeed the best in the country. This year saw Julian Clary host the event, which featured innuendos galore whilst being dressed in a rather bright pink suit that certainly added further colour to an already dazzling event.

The judges narrowed each category down to a final three companies, from which the winners were announced. The Best estate Agent in the South West was first up for the team at Bradleys, after a tense build up they were delighted to have been recognised as the best Estate Agent in the region!

Group Sales Manager, Darren Ellis commented “We’re delighted, it has been hard work this year but we stick to doing the basics exceptionally well and ultimately that is what our customers want; successful at selling and letting their homes.”

There were various awards building up to the end where the Best Estate Agent in the UK (10 offices +) is announced. Having won the award last year, it was felt that Bradleys were unlikely to be the winners again this year. There was an even bigger presence in the room this year with thousands in attendance and so when the shortlist of three featured Bradleys, there was still a chance for them. As the tension grew, the reference to having won for a second year in a row was mentioned and so the room knew immediately that Team Bradleys were crowned the winners!

Directors Lyndon Bent and Richard Greetham collected the award from Julian Clary and after various photos came back with Lyndon saying “Wow, what a fantastic achievement made possible by the continuous hard work by the staff and of course our amazing customers. We are really proud to be collecting this for a second year.” Richard added “This superb achievement is for the whole of the team at Bradleys. We cannot thank everyone enough and really hope we can keep the excellent results coming for each of our sellers, buyers, tenants and Landlords for a long time to come.”
