Exhibition proves the South West continues to be a hot spot!

Another hugely successful weekend was had following our attendance at this year’s Homebuyer and Investor Show at the ExCel in London over 15th and 16th October. Having been the only Estate Agent from the region in attendance, we received hundreds of enquiries over the two days from the thousands of visitors that attended.

This year’s exhibition featured a range of properties and investment opportunities from various parts of England as well as international schemes. Many buyers seemed keen to find out which areas of the country are experiencing a more buoyant market than the capital and also whether property provided good value for money in those areas, hence the West Country seemed a popular choice!

Company Director, Richard Greetham commented “What a successful event! There seemed to be an even greater level of interest in our region, from investors, developers and general homebuyers. Although many enquiries were at an early stage we felt there was more motivated interest this weekend and look forward to taking their interest further with the properties we are marketing.”
