We believe that it is essential to continue developing our skills to ensure we continue to be the best we can be, whilst also progressing each staff member by helping them reach their career goals.
In order to do this, we have created our own in-house training program consisting of 8 stages made of assessments, coursework, and experience. This may include trips to other offices to learn and obtain the knowledge and expertise of Bradleys specialists. Each staff member must pass each step of the programme before moving on to the next.
Our most recent Negotiator to pass the Negotiator stage of the Bradleys Academy is Leigh Jones from our Exmouth branch. Lisa Findel-Hawkins, Manager of Bradleys Exmouth commented “It’s a pleasure to see Leigh not only strive to complete the next stage of the Bradleys Academy but also strive to develop his career even further by learning all the tools needed to be the best estate agent possible.
