Further success through the Bradleys Property Academy!

Following on from recent Bradleys Property Academy success, Leigh Jones, from our Bradleys St Thomas Branch and Beth Peterson from Bradleys Teignmouth Branch have recently passed the Trainee Negotiator stage of the Academy.

Here at Bradleys Estate Agents the ongoing development of our team members is always at the fore front of our minds in order for the next generation of Estate Agents to be able to continue providing award winning service to our customers.

The Bradleys Property Academy is made up of assessments, coursework and experience. The various steps are all designed to further the individuals’ skills and knowledge whilst applying it in their everyday role. The aim is for all Bradleys team members to ensure they fulfil the company motto of ‘People Serving People’ to ensure that Bradleys retain their customers for life.
