George passes the first stage of the Bradleys Academy

At Bradleys Estate Agents, we are committed to the ongoing development of the next generation of award winning Estate Agents by focusing on the development of existing and new staff members.

We built the Bradleys Academy to help all team members strive to achieve their career goals, which consist of 8 steps made up of assessments, coursework and experience. The various steps are all designed to further the individuals’ skills and knowledge to apply it whilst carrying out their new role. The aim is for all team members to ensure they fulfil the company motto of ‘People Serving People’ to ensure that we retain our customers for life.

George, a Negotiator from our Okehampton branch has recently passed the Trainee Negotiator stage of the Bradleys Academy. Suzette Richardson, Group Operations Director commented “It’s a real pleasure to see our employees achieve their goals and with our internal training programme, it allows each individual team member to develop their skills and at the same time, their career. I am delighted to see George pass the first stage of the Academy, he is a real asset to the Okehampton branch and I look forward to seeing him progress further here at Bradleys.”
