The 'Underground Chambers' at Devonport Hill was the original site of the drawbridge when Plymouth was a fortified town and was also used as an air raid shelter in WW2.

The property comprises of three storage tunnels and an additional storage area that spans the entire width of the road at Davenport Hill. Storage tunnel one has power and lighting as does the additional storage area. This could be run through to the remaining tunnels.
