Hospiscare’s coffee campaign running throughout September!

Throughout September, Hospiscare have launched a coffee morning campaign, whereby they are encouraging people to host their own coffee morning in order to recognise the importance of sitting down and talking with a cup of coffee and/or delicious piece of cake.

Hospiscare supports over 2,500 patients each year as well as the families of those patients by just taking the time out to have a chat over putting the kettle, which always has a way of making things that little bit better. Because of this, Hospiscare would love as many people as possible to get involved in hosting their own coffee morning and get chatting, whilst also raising vital funds for the charity.

Bradleys Sidmouth and Exeter St Thomas branches have recently got involved in the campaign by hosting a coffee morning in their respective offices. Manager of our St Thomas branch, Maria Hutchings, commented “Hospiscare is a fantastic charity that does so much for their patients and families, which is why we didn’t hesitate in getting involved in their latest campaign. We had a wonderful morning chatting to locals over a hot drink and slice of cake whilst also raising money for charity!”

Overall, our Sidmouth and Exeter St Thomas branches raised a total of £96.05 for Hospiscare. A fantastic effort by both offices for getting involved and helping to make a difference. If you would like to make a donation to Hospiscare as big or small as possible, please click here.
