We wanted to write to you and confirm our position during these unprecedented times.

The most important aspect of our business is both our team members and our customers, both of which are at the forefront of our minds.

We are strictly following the Government advice by using anti-bacterial gels and soaps as well as regular hand washing. All of our team members have their own antibacterial gels, including those conducting viewing and valuation appointments to ensure we are keeping everyone as clean and healthy as possible.

Should you wish to speak with anyone regarding a property you are interested in buying, selling or letting, we remain contactable until 10pm, 7 days a week.

Many of our sales properties feature property videos or 3D walkthrough tours and are available on our website, some are also featured on our social media channels, particularly Facebook. All local branches also have their own page for you to keep an eye on local property updates.

We would be delighted to arrange for you to view any properties you are interested in and at the same time provide an accurate valuation should you also be looking to sell or let a property. You are able to book your valuation directly into our diary, click here.

For any appointment requests our teams will be asking the following questions to help prevent all concerned:
1. Have you, or anyone you live with returned home from abroad in the last 14 days?
2. Is anyone you know or have been in the company of showing symptoms, (dry cough or high temperature) or had a positive CV 19 test result in the last 14 days?

It may appear obvious that we have asked our team members to avoid shaking hands when meeting with people, we do not want to appear rude, it simply makes for common sense approach at this time.

We will continue to monitor and update our internal processes in line with the Government guidance and advise you when necessary.
