Jo celebrates passing the first stage of the Bradleys Academy!

Here at Bradleys Estate Agents we are committed to investing in the next generation by focusing on the development of existing and new staff members.

The ‘Bradleys Academy’ has been built to help all team members strive to achieve their career goals, which consists of 8 steps made up of assessments, coursework and experience.

Our most recent Negotiator to start their journey with the Bradleys Academy is Jo Campbell from our Budleigh Salterton Branch. Jo commented "I am really pleased to have completed the Trainee Negotiator stage of the Bradleys Academy and am looking forward to applying this every day at work by helping even more buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords with all things property!"
