Josh completes the Trainee Negotiator stage of the Bradleys Academy

Following on from recent Bradleys Academy success, Josh Elias from our Liskeard office has recently passed the Trainee Negotiator stage of the Academy. At Bradleys, we believe it is essential to continue developing our skills to ensure we are the best we can be, whilst also progressing each staff member by helping them reach their career goals.

To achieve this, we have created our own in-house training programme consisting of 8 stages made up of assessments, coursework, and practical experience. This may include visits to other offices to learn from and gain the knowledge and expertise of Bradleys specialists. Each staff member must successfully complete each stage before progressing to the next.
