Leane passes the trainee stage of the Bradleys Academy!

At Bradleys Estate Agents, we are committed to the ongoing development of the next generation of award-winning Estate Agents by focusing on the development of existing and new staff members.

The most recent Negotiator to progress on their journey in Bradleys Academy is Leane Cowle from our Crediton branch.

The Bradleys Academy has been built to help all team members strive to achieve their career goals, which consist of 8 steps made up of assessments, coursework and experience. The various steps are all designed to further the individuals’ skills and knowledge to apply it whilst carrying out their role. The aim is for all Bradleys team members to fulfil the company motto of ‘People Serving People’ to ensure that Bradleys retain their customers for life.
