Estate Agents are often known for their bold claims, whether they can then substantiate them can sometimes be a different matter! At Bradleys Estate Agents we have been fortunate enough to receive a whole range of awards, some coming from review websites following our amazing customers’ kind reviews and some from property industry experts who have looked at various elements of our company and judged us to be best in class.

On Friday 25th November, the prestigious Negotiator Awards were held in the Grosvenor Hotel in Park Lane hosted by TV presenter and comedian, Stephen Mangan, where over 1000 estate agents were in attendance to find out who was going to win the various awards.

When the time came to announce the various winners, tension grew as the original shortlist was whittled down to just the final 3; Aspire to move, Bradleys Estate Agents and the Property Centre. The winners were announced – The Best Estate Agent in the South West is Bradleys Estate Agents!

Bradleys Managing Director, Chris Baxter, responded “This is for each and every staff member’s extremely hard work and also to our customers without whom we wouldn’t have the business we have. We hope that anyone thinking of selling or letting a property, knows that their home is our priority and we will continue to focus on what’s important to them!”

During a pause in the excitement, the awards guests were asked for a small donation to have their third candelabra candle lit as a symbol of hope, warmth and friendship with Ukraine. By the end of evening, the total had reached £10,000 collected by three Ukrainian ladies of which two were refugees of the war and are now living in the UK. The donations are going to buy 20 portable electricity generators to be sent directly to Ukraine from the Epsom-based charity within the next few weeks.

The Negotiator Awards are free to enter for all 20,000+ estate agencies in the UK and are awarded following a judging panel of more than 20 industry experts who read the submissions, assess their business activity, websites, marketing, customer reviews and a whole host of additional features and services before reaching their decision.
