We believe that is it essential to continue developing our skills to ensure we be the best we can be to ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible, whilst also progressing each staff member by helping them reach their career goals.
In order to do this, we have created our own in-house training programme consisting of 8 stages made up of assessments, coursework, and experience. This may include trips to other office to learn and obtain the knowledge and expertise of a Bradleys specialist. Each staff member must pass each step of the programme before moving on to the next.
Our two most recent Negotiators to pass the Negotiator stage of the Bradleys Academy is Lucy Lee, from our Taunton branch and Christopher Carter from our Looe Branch. Richard Greetham, Bradleys Director commented “It’s a pleasure to see both Lucy and Christopher not only strive to complete the next stage of the Bradleys Academy but also strive to develop their career even further by learning all the tools needed to be the best Estate Agent possible.
