Mark Hind, a member of Bradleys IT team, is diving into the "Dip a Day in October" challenge to support Surfers Against Sewage in their mission to end sewage pollution. SAS is a charity dedicated to protecting oceans and waterways, advocating for cleaner seas, and preserving the natural environment for future generations.
For Mark, this cause is deeply personal. After receiving a cancer diagnosis, he found solace in the sea. The cold water provided an unexpected escape, helping him cope with the challenges he faced. Whether it was the shock of the cold water or the mental clarity it provided, those ocean dips became a crucial part of his healing process.
By participating in the "Dip a Day" challenge, Mark hopes to raise awareness and funds for SAS's vital work. He believes in the importance of protecting our oceans and rivers so that future generations can continue to enjoy these natural resources.
Mark is committed to this cause and hopes to inspire others to support the effort. Any donation, big or small, can make a difference. If you'd like to contribute to this important cause, you can donate through the link below:
