Friday 15^th March marked an exciting day for Russell and Elena Brown as they move into their new home at The Grove in Folly Gate built by award-winning developer Gilbert & Goode.

Russell and Elena had been searching for their dream home as they planned to relocate from Dorchester. They attended the first pre-launch event back in August 2023 where they fell completely in love with the site from their first visit.

Lucy Barrett, Bradleys Devon New Homes Manager took them through the complete moving process. Lucy firstly went through the different house types and helped them find the one that suited their budget and needs, then went through drawings in depth and managed to accommodate various upgrades such as an upgraded kitchen and plug sockets to make sure it was just as they wanted.

Lucy also guided Mr & Mrs Brown through the reservation process, helping with solicitors, mortgage advice and arranging regular site visits to see the build progress of their lovely new home.

On completion day Gilbert & Goode provided Russell and Elena with a gorgeous afternoon tea hamper to enjoy in their new home! Lucy commented; “I am delighted to have helped Mr and Mrs Brown find their dream home and wish them all the best”.
