No longer good enough to just have a few photos!

When you start looking for a new home there are a variety of steps that most home hunters take, these typically include looking online at one of the property portal websites such as Rightmove or Zoopla, visit the local Estate Agents offices or their respective websites to see what suitable properties they may have and some look through the local newspaper.

Whilst these common behaviours remain in place, is there enough information available when you want it? I believe that in the 24/7 world we live in, the reality is that we should save everyone time by providing far more information on properties but also ensure there is someone available to talk to if you are interested, at a time to suit you.

In addition to a selection of quality photographs, by adding a 3-4 minute video showing the location and position of a property, gardens and outside space then moving inside to show the flow of a home and the features it offers makes it far easier for you the homebuyer to gain a more accurate feel as to whether a property is worth viewing.

Our statistics show that on average there are over 5,000 views every month of our videos, with this figure on the rise, the videos are certainly proving popular with homebuyers. They are available 24/7 and across the world and therefore you are not limiting the access to a local market when Estate Agency offices are open.

We have recently started using 3D walkthrough tours of homes. These tours allow you to walk through the house as you wish, controlling the route through your computer or fingers if using a smartphone or tablet, with the option to zoom in, focus on one particular aspect of a property or simply press play and be shown around via the auto-play function.

Tours on average are viewed for over 7 minutes, whereas photos are more like 7 seconds! Available through our website, property portal websites and hugely popular on social media too, these are becoming increasingly popular, very quickly.
