Bradleys Estate Agents in Sidmouth are delighted to report a fantastic response to the Grand Opening of Sanditon House in Sidmouth. Six members of the Bradleys team and two representatives from the developers, Zero C, were on hand to deal with enquiries and show interested parties around the range of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments that remain for sale. There are now just 10 out of the 29 homes available.
The day started with a opening ceremony expertly handled by Mary King, Sidmouth’s 3 time Olympic medallist. She cut the ribbon to officially open Sanditon with buyers and members of the press in attendance. In the afternoon Sanditon was open to the general public who turned out in large numbers with around 200 people visiting the site. These interested parties were entertained by a quartet who played in the outstanding atrium. This ensured a lovely musical background as applicants were shown over the development and the grounds.
Local Bradleys Director Mike Dibble commented: ‘This was an exceptional day, not just because of the superb weather, but also because of the large volume of interested parties who took the trouble to view these exceptional homes. Of course there was some interest from people not buying at the present time but they will now all know about the development as they plan their future living arrangements in future years.’
Our photo shows Kim Slowe, the Managing Director of developers Zero C, presenting Mary King with a cheque for £500 for Devon Air Ambulance, a charity of which she is a Patron, in the atrium at Sanditon House.
