2025 has been a standout year for property across the South West, and our video tours have given thousands of viewers a front-row seat to some of the region’s most exceptional homes. From breathtaking coastal retreats to character-filled period properties, our YouTube channel has been buzzing with homes that capture everything we love about Somerset, Devon and Cornwall living.
Now, we’re sharing our top 5 most-viewed property videos of 2025. And the good news? A few of them are still on the market.
1. Teignmouth Road, Maidencombe
Our most-viewed video of the year takes you to the outskirts of sought-after Shaldon, where two unique homes enjoy sweeping open sea views. Viscaya is a striking modern four-bedroom, four-bathroom home, while Greencliffs, dating back to the 1940s, offers two bedrooms with the same stunning coastal outlook. Extensive garaging and a private drive complete the appeal of this incredible duo.
2. Coburg Terrace, Sidmouth
In second place this year, The Old Chancel proved hugely popular with viewers, thanks to its rare Grade I listed status and peaceful yet central Sidmouth setting. One of only two Grade I listed buildings in the town, the mid-19th-century house blends striking historic character with carefully integrated modern comforts, making it a truly distinctive home.
3. Wellesley House, Saltash
Set on the banks of the River Tamar, this elegant Edwardian residence captured hearts with its landscaped gardens and private waterfront access. Featuring its own moorings, boathouse and foreshore, it stands among the region’s finest waterside homes - no surprise it became one of our most-watched property videos of the year.
4. The Thatched Cottage, St Hilary
Charming and full of character, this Grade II listed 18th-century cottage sits in the peaceful village of St Hilary, close to Marazion and the coast. With three bedrooms and timeless Cornish features, it’s currently a holiday let but would also make a wonderful family home. This video tour had viewers falling in love instantly.
5. Seaton Quay Development, East Devon
This aerial and interior showcase of Seaton Quay, a luxury waterfront development on the Jurassic Coast, proved hugely popular with buyers and dreamers alike. Offering a mix of two-bedroom apartments and three- to four-bedroom homes, the development combines stylish design with a superb coastal setting in one of Devon’s most scenic seaside towns.
From historic town-centre homes to countryside charm and contemporary coastal developments, our most-watched videos of 2025 highlight the incredible variety of property across the South West.
