The latest findings from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) reinforce what we see every day working alongside a wide range of housebuilders across the UK: customer satisfaction in the new-build sector remains consistently strong.

According to the 2026 National Customer Satisfaction Survey, 93% of new-build buyers would recommend their builder to a friend—marking the sixth consecutive year of high recommendation levels. Alongside this, 90% of buyers report being satisfied with the quality of their home, while 88% are happy with the service they receive after moving in.
