Premier Lettings join the Bradleys family.

We are delighted to announce our recent acquisition of Premier Lettings, formerly situated in Preston, Paignton. The popular local business had grown successfully in the past 5 years, however due to increased legislation and regulation, particularly with more to come in the near future, it seemed to be the logical step for them to take.

The previous owner and his manager were really pleased to be handing over their loyal clients to a local independent firm that will be able to provide the structure, marketing, procedures and systems to be able to continue the excellent service received from Premier and at the same time cope with the forthcoming changes in the lettings industry.

Commercial Director, Lyndon Bent who concluded the purchase, commented; “We are really pleased to make this announcement and feel that we can help the clients of Premier Lettings move forward and at the same time protect their investments for the future.” “Professionalism in our industry is key to preparing for change and Bradleys membership of ARLA Propertymark will give all of our clients, old and new, confidence in the service that we provide.” He added; “I am currently seeking other similar acquisitions throughout the South West and hope to make further announcements in due course”.
