Rachel stars in two upcoming local productions!

On Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd September at 7:30pm Broadway Baby 3 is featuring at The Blackmore Theatre, Bicton Street, Exmouth providing an unmissable evening of Broadway and West End show tunes!

Featuring hit songs from award-winning shows including Waitress, Hadestown, In the Heights, Hamilton, Company and Rock of Ages, as well as songs from new musicals Beetlejuice, Bonnie and Clyde, Jagged Little Pill, and Be More Chill with guarantees to be an excellent evening’s entertainment. All in aid of the Exmouth Friends in Need.

Not to forget the second production Rachel is also rehearsing for this month Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night. The re-founded Cathedral Player are debuting a production of Shakespeare’s classic comedy of mishaps and mistaken identities, which is available to watch between Wednesday 26th – Saturday 30th September at Exeter Cathedral starting at 7.30pm.

Rachel Hiland is based at Bradleys Estate Agents Head office in Exmouth in the Accounts Team and away from her busy role at work has been extremely busy rehearsing for both performances. Whilst performing is nothing new to the very keen performer, rehearsing two roles at the same time is proving a little more of a challenge!

Rachel explained “I love being part of both shows, although they are very different the challenge is rehearsing for two at the same time. I can’t wait to start performing both to the public, see their reactions, and hopefully provide some very memorable entertainment.”
