The last 12 months has led to more people than ever sourcing their day to day needs, as well as the more occasional goods and services online. The importance of previous customers having reviewed their experience has therefore also grown to ensure people are getting what they were expecting.
Trustist, an online review platform, recently held their first awards to highlight those companies that focus on the customer and ensure they are asking their previous clients to review their service. It was recently announced that Bradleys Estate Agents received a gold award for demonstrating an extremely high level of review collection and therefore becomes a Review Champion 2021!

With over 8,500 customer reviews in total and 99% of them recommending the West Country’s largest Estate Agent for both sales and lettings, their status of Review Champion 2021 looks to be well deserved.
