Royal visit to Nansledan

Our new development Nanslendan, Newquay starred in ITV’s ‘Prince Charles: Inside The Duchy Of Cornwall’ on Thursday 31st October. The Duke Of Cornwall toured Nansledan in July as part of his annual two-day visit to Cornwall and Devon with the Duchess of Cornwall. Here he met members of the development and construction team was shown early designs for motif and lettering that will be used to characterise the properties. Prince Charles also met with residents already living at Nansledan and visited local businesses.

The Prince has long been concerned with the quality of the natural and built environment, urging a return to sustainable human-scale development that is land-efficient, uses low-carbon materials and is less car dependant. Nansledan has proved successful for its environmental outlook with nearly 100 houses successfully sold on the development through Bradleys.
