Ruby Edwards passes the first stage of the Bradleys Academy

Here at Bradleys Estate Agents we are committed to investing in the next generation by focusing on the development of existing and new staff members.

The Bradleys Academy has been built to help all team members strive to achieve their career goals, which consist of 8 steps made up of assessments, coursework and experience.

Our most recent Trainee Negotiator to start their journey with the Bradleys Academy is Ruby Edwards from our Plympton Branch. Ruby commented “I am really pleased to have completed the Trainee Negotiator stage of the Bradleys Academy and I am looking forward to applying this every day at work by helping even more buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords with all things property!”
