We are delighted to announce that Bonnie Voaden and Nic Finch from our Okehampton branch have successfully completed the Trainee Negotiator stage of the Bradleys Academy. At Bradleys, we believe in continually developing our skills to ensure we provide the best service possible, while also helping our team members achieve their career goals.

Our in-house training programme consists of eight stages, combining assessments, coursework, and practical experience. This can include visits to other offices to learn from specialists, ensuring each team member gains the knowledge and expertise needed to excel. Progression through the programme requires passing each stage before moving to the next.
