The 2025 Sidmouth International Jazz and Blues Festival takes place from Friday 23 to Monday 26 May with a stellar line up of international acts over the end of May bank holiday weekend.
Now in its 4th year the festival has quickly established itself as one of the best boutique music festivals of its kind in the Southwest and this year headlining artistes include British soul legends Soul II Soul, acclaimed British soul singer-songwriter Gabrielle, American jazz singer, saxophonist and composer, Curtis Stigers, and Grammy-nominated American blues troubadour Eric Bibb.
A fabulous, packed programme of daytime music performances take place on the main outdoor stage over the bank holiday weekend with seven acts each day, which include performances by JTQ (The James Taylor Quartet), Nubiyan Twist, Laurence Jones, and many others.
There will also be free street music bringing the streets of Sidmouth alive with the sounds of New Orleans, a free education programme plus free music at an array of local venues between Saturday 24 to Monday 26 May.
Fabulous’ Soul Food’ will be available with a ‘Love Local Performance Stage’ located in Peacock Lawn with free access to the public during the festival. You can expect a wide selection of mouthwatering cuisine including Indian, Thai, African, Mexican, Mediterranean, and BBQ flavours.
