Sole agency in the top 150 list

The Annual Business Guide 2016 was recently produced by the Western Morning News and features Devon and Cornwall based companies listed in order of the number of employees. Once again the Bradleys Group Ltd were the only estate agency firm to feature in the elite list of regional firms.

Listed with 196 employees at the time, since having risen to over 200, the Bradleys Group Ltd incorporates Bradleys Estate Agents, Bradleys Surveyors and Bradleys Financial Management which between them are made up of many other departments such as Bradleys Insurance, Land and New Homes, Auctions, and Rentals Property Management to name a few.

Group Chairman, Brian Bradley, commented on the group featuring in the top 150: “We are proud to be leading the way in the property market across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. There is a very positive feel across the region in many industries and we feel that way about the property market. As a result of increased demand we have employed more staff to work outside of normal office hours. We now have estate agents contactable until 10pm, 7 days a week to arrange viewings, book in valuations, mortgage appointments or simply respond to general enquiries which has been extremely popular and as a result has increased sales and lets across the group. This is a clear sign that our region is still a very popular place to live and work and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. ”
