Success at the Launch of an impressive new development in Merton!

Last weekend saw the pre-launch of the upcoming development, The Maltings in Merton. A select development of 33 quality homes, built by Award-winning developer, Gilbert & Goode.

On Friday 19th May, alongside Gilbert & Goode, the Bradleys New Homes team and Bradleys Okehampton team held a locals discovery event at The Clinton Hall in Merton. A successful event whereby locals were invited to find out further information on the development and the promising aspects the development will be brining to the local community.

Aswell as this, on Saturday 20th May a pre-launch event was held, also at The Clinton Hall where prospective buyers were invited for a showcase of the development in further detail. Taking a look at mood boards of how the show home at The Maltings will be dressed, visuals of the homes through computer generated images and an insight into the development layout. Bradleys Financial Management Director, David Lewis also attended the event advising potential buyers on their financial situation in order to secure one of the impressive homes at The Maltings.
