Thursday 6th October saw the successful launch of the exclusive development, Orcombe Gardens in Exmouth. This upcoming site will be home to those that are aged 55 and over and built by the prestigious house builder, Blue Cedar Homes.
The launch event was held at Ocean in Exmouth, enjoying breath-taking views of Exmouth’s seafront. Those that showed interest in the development were cordially invited to the launch to listen to a detailed presentation on Orcombe Gardens by Blue Cedar Homes’ Sales and Marketing Director, Chris Fayers and Sales and Marketing Manager, Lauren England-Shepherd whilst also having the opportunity to ask any questions about the development.
Bradleys Managing Director, Chris Baxter, also attended the launch and commented “To no surprise this new homes launch developed a huge amount of interest and saw Ocean packed out with excited potential buyers. Chris and Lauren provided an in-depth presentation on the Orcombe Gardens development from outlining the attractive site management duties included in the service charge to the high-spec specifications included in the homes such as, under floor heating and branded appliances.”
Chris continued “Bradleys are thrilled to be marketing a development with such potential and exclusivity that will be bought to the community and allow those aged 55 and over, who will live there, to live in such a tranquil and luxurious setting whilst being close to the seafront and all amenities.”
