We are delighted to announce that Bradleys will be once again attending the UK’s Largest Property Exhibition; The Property Investor and Home Buyer Show at The Excel Centre in London on 15th and 16th October 2021.
Over the 2 days we will be expecting between 5000-10,000 home-buying visitors comprising; investors, landlords and the general home buying public seeking a change or opportunity. With a range of properties and investment opportunities on offer there will be something for everyone at this impressive event.
Director, Richard Greetham commented "This will be our 5th year attending the event after great success in previous years. With thousands of buyers attending the event and such diverse criteria it makes for a very busy two days. We benefit from this as we are able to take such a vast range of property in our portfolio from across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. From high yield rental properties, apartments in the city, family homes, coast and countryside properties, high value properties for wealthy buyers looking for a second home and even people who are looking to buy portfolios."
Whatever the type of your property, The Property Investor and Home Buyer Show is such a great platform to showcase it. There will be many guaranteed, motivated buyers attending and our team are there to promote our properties and seek buyers that perhaps wouldn’t ordinarily contact us through other channels.
If you are thinking about selling a property and would like your property featured at the event, you can arrange your valuation below or contact your local Bradleys Team.
