Tania makes the top 5 in the UK!

A part of our ongoing professionalism each year a number of our team take qualifications through the property industries recognised professional body; Propertymark.

Earlier this year as part of Tania Marshall’s ongoing development, Tania sat her ARLA Propertymark level 2 exam and passed with flying colours, in fact so much so she was automatically entered into the final for achieving such a high pass mark.

Having been requested to the House of Lords for the Awards, which was being hosted by Lord Best, Tania’s fine efforts saw her reach the top 5 candidates out of over 1800 people that sat the exam in the last 12 months, a simply superb achievement!

Tania commented "I was a little shocked initially at being requested to the House of Lords but it’s been a fantastic day and I’m really pleased to have reach the top 5."
