Tean and Chloe’s Bradleys Academy success!

We believe that it is essential to continue developing our skills to ensure we continue to be the best we can be, whilst also progressing each staff member by helping them reach their career goals.

The Bradleys Academy has been built to help all team members strive to achieve their career goals, which consists of 8 steps made up of assessments, coursework and experience.

Our most recent Negotiators to start their journey with the Bradleys Academy is Tean Hosking, from our Bradleys Camborne Branch and Chloe Wood from our Bradleys Plymouth Mannamead Branch. Tean Hosking commented “I am really pleased to have completed the Trainee Negotiator stage of the Bradleys Academy and I am looking forward to applying this every day at work by helping even more buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords with all things property!”
