Tess completes the Latest stage of the Bradleys Academy!

Following on from recent Bradleys Academy success, Tess Findel-Hawkins from Bradleys Sidmouth branch has recently passed the Listing Negotiator stage of the Academy. At Bradleys, we believe it is essential to continue developing our skills to ensure we are the best we can be, whilst also progressing each staff member by helping them reach their career goals.

To achieve this, we have created our own in-house training programme consisting of 8 stages made up of assessments, coursework, and experience. The ‘Listing stage’ is one of the most technical as it involves the skill of valuing property.
