The London show a huge success

Last weekend saw the most comprehensive exhibition of UK & International residential property in Europe held at the ExCeL in London. We were the only estate agency represented from the region and reported a fantastic response following the event.

The Homebuyer and Property Investor Show saw over 5,000 people attend the event over two days that were seeking advice about relocating, investing or a combination of both. Company Director, Richard Greetham, commented “We were delighted with the interest we attracted with people not just from the capital, but all over the country and also from abroad. We offered a range of properties from investments at £70,000 to our more luxury properties at over £1.5million as well as many of our new homes developments, so there was something for everyone. People seemed to be amazed at the value of property on offer both for second homes and investment”

In addition to our stand, there were a whole host of properties and related services on offer, as well as many property seminars, which provided visitors with some valuable advice and guidance.

Richard went on to say “We have wanted to take our clients property’s to London for some time and undertook a lot of research to ensure there was actually a professional exhibition rather than just someone sat in an estate agency in London and with over 5,000 visitors, we feel we got it spot on. Having returned from the exhibition with a host of buyers ready to purchase or invest in the South West, I would urge anyone thinking of selling get in contact with their local office.”
