The Negotiator Awards 2019 Shortlist is announced!

The Negotiator Awards is the largest and most prestigious awards for the UK residential property industry. It has been established for 13 years and each year, estate and letting agents from across the UK battle for these highly prized and meaningful accolades, which bring prestige to their business, pride to their staff and confidence to their customers.

With 33 categories in total ranging from the individual’s award of Rising Star of the Year up to the most coveted Award, Estate Agency of the Year, The Negotiator Awards, has this year, attracted many hundreds of entries. Being Shortlisted is a tremendous achievement in itself.

Bradleys Estate Agents, the current holders of the Estate Agency of the Year award for 2017 and 2018, were once again shortlisted for this award as well as Land & New Homes Specialist of the Year, Large Lettings Agency of the Year and South West Agency of the Year.

The Negotiator Awards has led the field in the celebration of excellence in the residential property agency sector for 13 years and is judged by a large panel of leading figures in the industry. Only the best agencies and suppliers are announced as the winners.

This year the judging took place on 3rd September at the Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall, London where the Shortlist was decided by a carefully selected panel of judges all leaders in their field, along with observers from The Negotiator.

What happens next?
The finalists and winners of each category will be revealed at a grand black tie gala dinner at the UK’s premier venue, the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London on 29th November 2019, presented by a top TV celebrity.
