Our Exeter office is located in busy North Street on the entrance to the historic Guildhall area. Situated on a prominent corner site the office is clearly visible and enjoys a very high volume of footfall.
The office was amongst the first of the Bradleys offices to open its doors in the summer of 1992 and has become established as one of the City’s best known and established estate agents.
The market has changed dramatically over that time but our principles remain very much the same in delivering a high level of customer service through a mixture of experience, local knowledge, superb marketing and genuine hard work!
Our team prides itself on being one of the most experienced in the City with various members of staff having been with the company since it’s opening in 1992. This extensive local knowledge has proved invaluable over the years in helping clients sell and rent literally thousands of properties both in and around the City.
