Q. Will my property still sell if it is tenanted?

Q. I don’t want to cause the tenant too much disruption, will that be possible?

We will look to book agreed viewing slots should this be the case whereby we can have access to the property for an hour and then ensure potential buyers view in the agreed time slots accompanied by our staff. There will be some disruption but we are happy to work with the tenant to ensure this is kept to a minimum.

Q. I need to achieve a minimum price otherwise it will not be worth selling, is this possible?

Whilst we can’t guarantee this we would advise we at least visit the property and then assess what will be realistic and not. We often find that a property’s value has increased more than many homeowners realise so you may be pleasantly surprised.
