Directions
On foot from our office in North Street proceed to the top of the road and bear right by the crossroads into Fore Street. Head down Fore Street as if heading towards the Exe Bridges. Take a right hand by the zebra crossing into The Mint which is a pedestrianised lane which runs down to St Nicholas Priory. The property is accessed off a secure gated entrance on the left behind the Mint pub.
